YotPo's amazing mail after purchase email is great for collecting new customer reviews. A possible downside for a lot of merchants however is that it can only be set out of the box to be sent x amount of days after the order has been placed.
For merchants like myself who have varying product shipping times, its very hard to nail down a time that works well!
I have been advised that we can switch the method of how this works, to instead send out the Review Request (Mail after purchase) based on shipment date. So the trigger changes from order date, to sending out x amount of days after shipping. This is life changing!
Customers are more likely to fill a review after receiving the item, so by changing this we greatly increase the chance of review. You can set it for example if you know ground shipping takes 5 days to go out after 7 from shipment.

A toggle on the backend where we can turn this on or off so it is suitable for all stores would be ideal. I think this should be the default frankly, as it benefits all store owner types. Even if your product always ships same day, there is no negative impact for you.
