Have You Upgraded and Seen a Drop In Conversion Rates?
AnsweredAnalytics data can be tough to analyze for trends using Google Analytics when there are so many factors to account for (organic vs, ppc, mobile vs. desktop, etc...)
After we were upgraded to the latest visual design editor I have found a few issues with our website that needed to be fixed.
One thing I have noticed since the upgrade, our conversion rates have dropped significantly. I was wondering if anyone else who has upgraded has experienced a drop in conversion rates?

Hello - Can you please elaborate on what you mean by a drop in conversion rates? Looking at the orders placed in the Zoey System it appears January 2018 was your best month with February 2018 set to beat it. Perhaps this is due to marketing campaigns you are running which while delivering more sales are reducing the overall conversion rate? I am trying to better understand if the overall volume of orders is down or if perhaps there could just be an error in reporting since the upgrade. If you'd prefer you can open a support ticket to discuss this in further detail.

In digging into this further, my google analytics CPC conversions are off because of the issue reported in ticket 59713. I totally forgot about the ticket while analyzing data early this morning, I was in a panic, Google CPC conversions were down 36% overall with mobile being down 66% comparing the first 5 days of February to the last 5 (we had a gap in tracking when first upgraded, ecommerce tracking in GA was broken for 3.5 days)

I cannot get say with 100% certainty that things are OK. The paypal tracking issue in ticket 59713 may or may not be Adwords generated sales. Tracked fine before the upgrade. So Adwords conversions could be higher. But even in Zoey Analytics, comparing the first 5 days to the last 5 days in February our Adwords conversion rate is down 3% which is a huge drop. Could be any number of things, I'll be looking at this closely over the next few weeks and plan on upgrading our site to one of your new themes soon.
