    Within the Checkout itself the customer can send notifications to multiple email addresses - this is a setting you can enable within Setup->Checkout Settings

     

    Within Customers->Customer List you can add a number of additional email addresses which will be CC'd on emails

     

    You can also create Companies and assign Locations, Managers and other workflow restrictions - see https://support.zoey.com/docs/company-accounts
