Abandoned Cart Module Improvements - Abandoned Stage

a great improvement to this module would be to show the drop off point. So for example Cart, address page, payment page, did they get a shipping quote, etc

This would help give more insight as to where we need to look to make improvements, or find bugs from trends in drop offs. 

Showing any coupon, shipping or other error messages they encountered would also be incredibly helpful so we can a) correct and b) manually reach out if necessary.

  To add to this, we basically cannot see any details if a customer is a guest. Other carts ive used in the past allowed a full view regardless if the customer was logged in or not. Of course specific details like customer name or email would not be displayed unless they got far enough in the process to enter them, but even if a guest this would still be visible. 

   

  Showing me that a customer added 3 items to their cart and leaving with no idea of what stage, what the items were, if an error was thrown or what the shipping quote was (if applicable) basically is like showing me nothing.

  Agree, definitely would be insightful.

  Also would suggest being able to add more emails to follow up instead of just one.
