Site (Store) Review versus Product Reviews

We are somewhat unique in that the products we sell are essentially one-ups and cannot be reordered from anywhere. Once sold they no longer will show up on our site, so a product review is rather pointless. However, we do receive very complementary e-mails from our customers about our products in general, our service, and so forth. So having a 'store' or site review feature would be most helpful to us.
