Window Pop-up vs. Image Zoom
The current 'window' option should allow the full-sized image to be shown, not just a partial square. Users generally want to see the whole product image, not just zoom in on a part of it.
There is also a major design problem using the 'lens' zooming feature. If one places any sort of navigation element near an image that uses the lens zoom feature, the zoomed image obscures and blocks any nearby navigation buttons. The user would need to be adept enough to notice that they must carefully mouse around the image in order to click the navigation they wish.
The best solution is a pop-up window of the full image.

Hi James,
That would indeed be a great feature we would like to see implemented !
Regards your 'lens' zooming issue, I would suggest you to open a ticket here > https://tickets.zoey.com/hc/en-us/requests/new , I had a similar issue a few months ago that got fixed and just have it checked again now, I couldn't replicate it. Perhaps it's related with the theme you use and therefore should be submitted to Zoey's Support.
Kind regards,
Sandra

Definitely, I think the product images needs some options. We have hair dye colour charts and I think our customers would be best served if they could click on the smaller image and then be shown one much larger image.

Rebecca — Not knowing how your products are set up (and being new to Zoey), have you tried loading multiple images for your products? If you load multiple images, tag one as the Main Image. The others will appear as smaller images that can then be clicked on to replace the main image. Zoey's implementation of this is quite nice.

Hi James! Here is an example https://www.sinister.co.nz/directions-dye-alpine-green. The third pic is a colour chart and when you click on it it does make it larger and then you have to move the your mouse around the smaller picture as the large image is not a full size larger version.
What I would like is to do is when you click the smaller image a larger image pops up and you don't need to move your mouse around.

Hi Rebecca — I agree with you 100%. One click should open the full image, regardless of its original size.
I misinterpreted your previous post. Taking an additional 34 shots of each color would be a bit much : )
