Accounting Patch / Quickbooks

What are Zoey users finding effective for their accounting / reporting functions? We use Quickbooks Desktop and are migrating to the Enterprise edition. Looking to use Webgility/Unify as a patch. Has anyone found success with this? Are there better options? Thanks!
