Can I add a pop-up that only applies to mobile devices?

Javascript in Zoey will only allow me to create actions that apply to all pages. Ideally I would like to pop-up to only appear when the site is viewed from a mobile device. It would also be fine if I could just apply it to one page.

  At this time you can only add a pop up that appears regardless of which browser or device the site is visited from.
