Paypal Checkout integration improvement

We would like the option to select Paypal at the very beginning of the checkout process, and if selected, have the address fields in Zoey be automatically populated from the customer's Paypal info after they sign into their Paypal account. This will speed checkout since the customer won't have to manually type in their address info (unless they need to change the shipping to a different address not already entered into Paypal, such as for a gift purchase).
I've seen (and really like) this structure while ordering on other websites, so I know it's possible and not a Paypal limitation. Also Zoey is already doing this exact same thing currently with Amazon Pay, so I'd think there's a good chance it wouldn't be too difficult for Zoey to insert the desired Paypal module and display a Paypal button along with the Amazon Pay button (for those that offer Amazon Pay) at the beginning of the checkout, prior to reaching the billing address info page.
In short, make Paypal function just like you are already doing with Amazon Pay.

Hello,
PayPal buttons already show up before the Payment Page as well as fill out all the information. Please check your settings if this is not the case.
The "ugly" page is being completely reworked now and will be made much nicer soon. Thank you for your patience.

Sounds good to me. The current paypal integration for Zoey is rather poor. Down right ugly on our site, I don't know if some of the themes handle this better than others. I have asked tech support and they tell me they are going to have a fix, but that has been months. My customers do not seem to mind too much, but the confirmation page on our site is UGLY with busted styles.
