Creating the ability to have category specific new order emails.

At our organization we have a wide range of "products." We are a training and development organization so each product is actually a class. Some classes we do not offer a refund for and some we do. We would like to see the ability to almost filter the new order email template that a customer receives. By being able to tie the templates to specific categories, you could modify templates for specific types of classes.

  Thank you for your suggestion. How would this work if a customer purchased multiple products from different categories?
