Recommend personalized site tune-ups that may improve sales

My idea for an improvement to Zoey is to include a page in the admin that lists suggested tune-ups that are proven to improve sales.

For example:

• Use higher resolution photos for the following SKUs: ____.
• Allowing Guest Checkout can double sales. Enable Guest Checkout.
• Fill in missing fields in the following SKUs: ____.
• Leaving "Default Tax Destination Calculation" blank is recommended if most customers are not charged sales tax.

It should be possible to dismiss these notifications as well.

Since one of Zoey's selling points is its user-friendliness for people with non-technical backgrounds, I think this will benefit both users and the company.

In my case, I accidentally set up my store to assume that all guests live in Florida by default. This was a setting called "Default Tax Destination Calculation." Since Florida is the only state that I charge sales tax in, all of my customers were seeing sales taxes in their cart regardless of where they live. This may have caused many customers to abandon their carts, but I had no idea that this was the case until today.
