Navigation & Category Title Options

It would be really useful to set a different H1 Category Title to that of the corresponding navigation where it is sometimes more appropriate for a variety of reasons, to use a shorter title. For example in a website I am currently working on:

The navigation:

WALLS | BATHROOMS | CEILINGS | FIXINGS

Category headings need to be:

Wall Cladding
Bathroom Cladding
Ceiling Cladding
Cladding Fixings

We can already determine an individual URL so the next logical step is to enable and allow us to configure  the above somehow
