Payment Methods available @ the Customer account level

We would like the ability to add accepted Payment Methods to the customer’s Account Information page.

Example: 1. The specific customer we will only accept Credit card so in a drop down on account setup we would have the ability to choose credit card under payment methods

Example 2. The specific customer is required to purchase on PO only so in a drop down on account setup we would have the ability to choose Purchas Orders  under payment methods

Example 3. The specific customer is allowed to purchase with Pay Pal Credit Card and Purchase order so in a drop down on account setup we would have the ability to choose multiple Pay Pal Credit Card and Purchase order under payment methods
