Allow swatches to be suppressed in the category filters.

Swatches  work great on the product level adding much needed color selection in our use. But they make the category filters confusing and difficult to use both on desktop and in mobile, so we don't use swatches. It would be fantastic if swatches could be turned off with something like a checkbox in the filter design allowing text to be used instead on the filter.
