Backend only Payment and Shipping methods

I'd like to set a payment method to only be active from the backend. I want to be able to put an order through as a check if someone calls in an order and is going to mail a check or if someone actually mails in an order (which we get a lot, our customers are old) but I don't want customers on the front-end to be able to select check as a payment option.

  Yes, please add the ability to have an admin only payment option. I run an online shop and customers often call in their orders and order in bulk and when shipping in bulk, shipping prices could be cheaper. Having the ability to specify a specific dollar amount when creating an order through the admin panel would be very useful.

  Before migrating to Zoey.com, I maintained my own site and had a module by WebShopApps called "AdminBasedShipping" and this gave me the option to specify an exact dollar amount and was extremely useful.

  This would be perfect for what we need as well.  It is really difficult to take care of phone in customers and adjust the shipping.  Please give us the ability to do this.
