"Sale" Category Page

I would like to have a page called "Sale" that automatically displays products that are on sale across my store.

  You can create a "Sale" Page by creating a new Category named "Sale", however you won't be able to add the products automatically to that category once they are on sale. You can do this however using the Bulk Actions in your Product List tab or you can mass update your products with a CSV file.
