Ability to modify PDF Invoice Layout

Need the ability to modify the Invoice PDF to do things like:
- Have an increased line spacing between SKUs in invoices
- Have the Company Name field printed on invoices

  PDFs can be edited from Orders->PDF Settings.

  I would appreciate being able to have city, state, and zipcode all on one line, as is the norm for invoicing.  Also, states do not have to spelled out in full-they can be abbreviated to the two-letter norm
