Dismiss or close the "Need Help" Bubbles

The new help bubbles in black on the bottom left of all of the screens is very distracting when trying to maintain product catalogs.  Its placement right next to the scroll bar control puts it directly in the way of the mouse navigation and subject to opening at random.  Once it has been displayed, PLEASE give us the ability to close or dismiss it so that it isn't in front of our data all day long.  It is very visually distracting when scrolling to see this black blob just sitting there on top of the data.
