Optional User Definable Checkout Question

A client has requested the ability to ask how a customer heard about them at checkout. She finds this useful so she can include a note with the order especially if they have visited her retail store. If they purchased because of an ad, email, search or have been in her store then she would also know now her marketing efforts are working.

I would love this functionality too. Maybe it could simply be implemented in the form of a user-specified landing page that Zoey automatically redirects to after checkout is complete.
