Displaying which coupons were used on an order

When I look at an order I want to be able to see what coupons were applied to it. Right now the only way to see coupon use is to run a report. That's good for tracking the effectiveness of a given coupon on a large scale, but being able to see which coupons were applied to a specific order would also be helpful for several reasons.

More specifically, I would be interested in seeing the coupon code name included as a note on the exported order.

Hi - if a customer uses a coupon at checkout, it already displays in the order summary. Are you looking to just add it to the Invoice PDF or did I misunderstand?
