Abandoned Cart Module Improvements

1. Separate version for Guest or Customer

2. Filtration of customer groups (example exclude customers from X group from receiving OR only give new customers a coupon) - This would be beneficial if we can have various templates (up to max of say 3 or 5) 

3. Include customer or guest name variable

4. NO Name if not included, as may often be the case with guest carts instead of a placeholder text. 

5. Secondary email, as follow up option
