Naming Cards on File

We have a few accounts that are Franchises and we're running into the issue that we need to add multiple credit cards to one account but specify which location they go to. 

Not only do we need to be able to tie credit cards to specific locations (request #1) but we also would like to title the credit cards so that we can know which card goes to which location (request #2). 

Similarly, some of our clients have access to multiple locations and would like to select specific cards for whichever account they are in and ordering for. (request #3)
