Ability to Use a Gift Card in a Quote

Our company runs by clients submitting Quotes (not orders) and there is no way for them to add a gift card to a quote at this time. 

I'd like to request the ability for a client to add a gift card to a quote. 

It would also be great if they could have a way to track what's left of their gift card on their end.
