Blog - Ability to reply to user comments & notifications

I would love it if we can reply to user notifications, so that a dialogue can be set up vs it being a one way discussion. 

I also would love it if we were notified on a new comment, we just found that we had a few comments on one of our posts and had no idea, we had to physically go to the post or comment section to see. It would be great to get an email if we wanted.
