Add a new Advanced Search attribute for Products

Hi there,

It would be good to add a new attribute to the Advanced Search for products and categories that would allow us to search for items that have only 1 variation still available of a configurable product or 1 qty left for simple products, e.g. last size of a T-shirt in order to create easily a category like 'Last pieces'.
