Update Zoey Websites to utilize HTTP/2

HTTP/2 is one of the up and coming new things that is supposed to speed up webpage loading, improve search results and all the other good stuff. Since Zoey is aiming to be ahead of the curve, I thought this would be a good feature to bring up that can possibly be implemented. Who doesn't like faster load times and better SEO?
