Just some feedback for the Zoey team.  Current customers should be grandfathered into Glew Analytics as part of their existing plan.  Charge new customers the additional $20/month.  We bought the plan with Analytics and we should be able them without being penalized.  Just my two cents...

  Hi Matt,

  Thanks for the feedback. We're launching an enhanced version of Google Analytics support to fill the gap for those who are looking for a no-cost option, which features reporting that's at basically the same level as Zoey Analytics. When we surveyed customers, there was a pretty even split between those seeking a free option and those interested in a premium option that could do more, so we're doing both.

  Hi i have only just seen this on my bill. when i first signed up my bill was $89 now its $219 I agree we should not have to pay this

  Thanks for the feedback. As mentioned in our original answer, you still have access to a similar level of reporting through the Google Analytics Enhanced Reporting option, and that is a free option. Details on how to set that up can be found in our support documentation.

  If you do not wish to have Glew as part of your Zoey plan, it can be cancelled at any time by contacting support.
