Possible to edit backorder message?

Hi There -

We utilize the backorder functionality for inventory management.

Currently there is an option to display a message when an item is out of stock:

"This product is not available in the selected quantity. 1 of the items will be backordered."

It is possible to change this display message?

  Hi Tony,

  Yes - you can try to use the translation tool - just go into Localization > Manage Languages and click on Edit Translation for your language - e.g. English.

  In the search field look up for the text you want to translate like in the screenshots below and after you have done the update just click on the button 'Save All Changes'.

  Please note that the - Number - of items is represented as %s
