Confirmation Emails sent to multiple email addresses

In theory the idea is that when a customer places an order they can have the confirmation emails and shipping emails sent to multiple email addresses. For instance, a customer places an order, they want to be notified via email of the confirmation and the shipping emails, but they also want the same notifications sent to the person they are ordering the products for so they don't have to FWD the emails to them after the fact. Anything to automate this would be great!

  Is it to forward the email to the supplier - in case of Dropshipping?
