GDPR Cookie Rejection

Hi there

 

My understanding of the GDPR Cookie policy is that site viewers must be able to selectively decide which cookies they accept before those cookies take hold on their laptop or use their data.  They must give "prior consent".  Can I check how the viewer can reject ZOey cookies if they choose?  I can see that a cookie banner allows "Accept" or "Read More" but where would they, heaven forbid(!), "reject" and thus be taken away from the site if they wished with no trace of Zoey cookies on their device?

  Please reach out to the companies offering this functionality to better understand how it works if they reject.
