301 Redirects

We had 301 redirects imported that were incorrect. Around 82K links in total. All of these are wrong. Should I delete these and start over or just upload correct redirects to add to the current lot?

If I need to delete, is there a upload to get this done efficiently?

  Delete and re-do. Too many redirects can cause a sort of feedback loop and cause issues, been there!
