Product import via CSV.

We are a little new to Zoey and still feeling our way around.
We are looking to expand a little and need to perform inventory management  on enough products at a time that we don't want to switch from "do not track inventory" for pre order items before we have them .. to "tracking inventory" with a Quantity...  once they arrive, by going into each individual product listing one at a time and changing the attribute.

When doing this via a csv file with the proper headers, is this an incremental back up?
Meaning we only need to include the SKU's we want to set in the CSV file?

Or are we required to have the SKU's for all our products in the file. (that seems like a really silly thing to have to do, but you never know!!!)

  The CSV file only needs the SKUs you want to edit and the columns you want to change.
