    It appears that your PayPal Credentials have expired. No worries, it is easy to fix.

    You will need to follow the steps at https://support.zoey.com/docs/paypal-express-checkout to resolve this.

    Did all that , still "unablel to communicate with paypal gateway"

    Hello,

    If that's the case then you'll need to reach out to PayPal to find out why the credentials are not accepted as those are the steps to get the information needed.
