Related Products and Product Upsell need a tweak

It would be good if we could control how many related and upsell products are displayed on desktop, tablet and mobile. Currently we can control how many columns but it needs to go a step further and control how many on each platform.

ie. Related Products 6 products ...  set Desktop to 6 columns and Mobile to 2 columns. I'm happy for 6 products to be displayed on Desktop but visually 6 products on the Mobile is too many.
