Make 'As low as...' work on Configurable Products as it does on Simple Products

Currently when using Tier Pricing on a Simple Product the Category Page shows the words 'As low as..' in front of the price. Taking that figure from the lowest Tier Price you have set.

But if you create a Configurable Product with one set of Attributes where the Variations Tier Pricing is exactly the same no prefix is visible, even though there is still an 'As low as...' price available in the system (albeit that figure is the same for each variation).

Once you move to a Configurable Product with a set of Attributes where the Variations Tier Pricing differ the Category Page shows the words 'Starting from..'

It seems like there is a bit of a hole here on Configurable Products that needs filling.

So, can I request that when creating a Configurable Product with one set of Attributes where each Variation Tier Pricing is exactly the same, the prefix 'As low as..." is displayed in front of the lowest available Tier Price.

Product 3: Configurable Product. 1 Attribute. 4 Variations with same Tier Price values. Displays nothing even though Tier Pricing is set. The lowest Tier Price in this example is £5.05.
