Browsers supported on the Back of Store
At this time it's important to remember that the Zoey Design Tools in the Control Panel are only supported for use and editing with Google Chrome. Although you will be able to see your store front and the result of using these tools with other browsers, Google Chrome is the only browser we support for use in the Control Panel.

Browsers supported on the Front of Store
Here are the ones currently supported by our platform for the front end of your store in order of popularity among visitors to all stores:
- Chrome - Latest version as Chrome automatically updates
- Safari - Version 9 and later - no Safari PC support
- Firefox - Version 43 and later
- Internet Explorer - Version 11 and later - some comparability for Version 10 although not supported/recommended
Please note that Safari is only supported for Mac operating systems. If your browser is not listed above, please update to the latest version or download one of our supported browsers below.

Notifying customers of supported browsers
Although most browsers will update on their own or alert the user to update them manually, there are a few stragglers that may run in to issues if they do not have the latest version. Here are some options to help you help your customers.
- Recommend updating their browser
If a customer writes in regarding an issue using your store, of course you are welcome to open a support ticket with Zoey, but often all they need is to update! Use the above links as a quick reference. - Use a pop up notification only for those with outdated browsers
There are several options for altering your customers via pop up that their browser is outdated and needs to be updated. Browser-update.org offers an HTML snippet you can use and customize for this! - Use a text notification
Use a text block to alter your users to the best browsers to use, such as the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and IE7 or later.
