I would like to cancel my plan, can I get a refund?

Services are on a month-to-month basis. If you elect to pre-pay your subscription there are no refunds for early cancellation. All monthly services are charged in advance of that month and there are no refunds possible. We encourage you to sign up for a fully functional trial account prior to making your purchasing decision!
