As we rapidly approach the end of the year, we wanted to make sure we took a moment to update you on our support schedule over the holidays.
- Zoey's offices will be officially closed between Wednesday, December 24th and Friday, January 2nd reopening Monday, January 5th, 2015.
- Phone and ticketing support will be unavailable Christmas Eve (12/24/14), Christmas Day (12/25/14), and New Year's Day (1/1/15)
- With the exception of the days outlined above, ticketing support will be available in accordance with our normal business schedule during this period.

Please note that all Zoey stores will continue to be monitored 24/7, as usual. If you have an urgent request, please open a support ticket and mark as "URGENT" in the subject line and a member of the team will respond to you as soon as possible.
