Store Email Addresses

The Store Email Addresses (Set Up > Emails > Store Email Addresses) page allows you to set the email addresses for your store. You will use these email addresses to determine where the sales emails such as New Order, Shipping Confirmation and more are sent from!

We highly recommend using an email with the same domain as your store. Many email clients will reject an email coming from a site such as "Zoeycommerce.com" but with an address ending in another domain such as "Zoey@yahoo.com". 

At this time Zoey does not support email services. We recommend signing up for an account with Google Business Apps if you do not already have one set up! Most domain name registrars also offer email services and will be able to help you alter your MX records when you are ready to go live. 

Note: You must set this up before going Live to ensure emails are sent properly from your store.

Have multiple languages?

The above values can be set for each Store Scope so you can translate the name and/or email address that the Store Emails are sent from for different languages!
