Using Advanced Matrix Rates

Advanced Matrix Rates, also known as Premium MatrixRate, is an extension of WebShopApps' Product Rates. It's a highly customizable tool for charging the best shipping rate for your customers based on price, weight, and quantity of items. Using the additional shipping criteria available can help ensure your customers receive an accurate rate.

Step 1 - Visit Shipping Methods

In your Control Panel, hover over Set-up and click Shipping.

Step 2 - Add Advanced Matrix Rates Shipping

On your Shipping Methods page, click Add Shipping Method.

Select Advanced Matrix Rates, then click Add Shipping Method. 

Step 3 - Enable Advanced Matrix Rates

Within the Advanced Matrix Rates shipping method section, click Set-up. This will bring you to your Advanced Matrix Rates settings.

• Enabled - Select Yes to Enable the product rate. You must enable your rate to provide the option on your store.

Note: Advanced Matrix Rates are an advanced configuration. We recommend contacting WebShopApps for additional support setting up your rates.

Step 4 - Save

After configuring your Advanced Matrix Rates, click Save.
