If you are not able to migrate to Zoey using one of our migration tools, you may need to do what is called a Manual Migration. Although this involves a little more work from the store admin, it's a great way to learn how your store works and gives you a chance to reorganize your data in a productive way.

What do I need to migrate my products to Zoey?
For a manual import, you will need a CSV file that contains your product information and the product image files from your previous store. Products can then be added via CSV. Images can be added in bulk from Advanced > Image Import.
Can customers be imported into Zoey?
Yes! Customers can be added via CSV.
Is there anything I can't import?
Currently we do not have support CSV migrations the following:
- Orders
- Customer reviews and ratings
- Categories
- Attributes
- CMS pages & Design
You are able to manually create these items on an individual basis.
