Can I determine which attributes appear in search?

Yes! You can determine which attributes are shown and hidden in your store's internal search.

In your attribute list (Products > Attributes) , select an attribute. Then, from Properties, scroll down to Frontend Properties.

From here, you can determine if you want the attribute to be shown or hidden in your Quick Search, as well as your Advanced Search. You can also review additional info about the Frontend Properties settings from our attribute guide.
